During the event, personal data (e.g. name, email address) will only be collected if you voluntarily provide it to us during registration, a contact form or a submission (e.g. in the open call).

This data will be used exclusively for the organization, communication and follow-up of the event and not passed on to third partiesunless there is a legal obligation.

3. Photo and video recordings at the event

During the Congo Week 2025 – Vienna event, Photo and video recordings be made.
These serve the Documentation, public relations and reporting about the event in analogue and digital media (e.g. website, social media, press releases, project reports).

The recordings can be published in particular on the following channels:

• Website of the Fondation La Grande and partner organizations
• Official social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Press reports and documentation on Congo Week

With the Entering the venue You agree that photographs and videos in which you are recognizable may be used for the purposes stated above.

If you do not want to be photographed or filmed, please inform the event team on site – your wishes will of course be respected.
